[O365ForAll : English Video] TOP OFFICE 365 APPS : NAPA Developer Tools, Part 3

“TOP OFFICE 365 APPS” is a new video series where I’ll be covering, explaining and reviewing some of the coolest and most beneficial apps available in the Office 365 SharePoint app store.

In the previous videos, we have created our very first SharePoint app using NAPA and today we are going to export the project to Visual Studio 2013 and extend it by adding some SharePoint artifacts. You can watch the video from here.

TFS 2013 Power Tools are available

The TFS 2013 Power Tools are finally available.  There’s no new features in this release but there are a fair number of bug fixes and the Power Tools have all been updated to work with VS 2013 and TFS 2013.  Also, the version checking has been changed so that these Power Tools will also work with VS 2013 Updates – so you don’t have to wait for a new version of the Power Tools for every VS Update.  And, of course, these will work with VS 2013 RTM.

The Visual Studio 2013 Preview ALM Virtual Machine is available for download along with 4 hands-on-labs / demo scripts which introduce some of the new ALM capabilities which have been added in this release. But if you would like a faster way to understand what is new for application lifecycle management in this release, this virtual machine is pre-configured with all of the necessary software and sample data for you.
